James Willis -  Attorney At Willis & Davidow, Naples James Willis devotes his practice primarily to real estate, including residential, condominium, and commercial transactions. He is also engaged in estate planning and estate administration, including probate and trust administration. He is currently a member of the Collier County Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Florida Bar Section.

Mr. Willis won the Lawyers' Cooperative Publishing Company Book Award for highest grade in Estate Planning at Duke Law School and has also taught Probate & Estate Planning courses at Barry University.

His experience in real estate transactions includes Florida Lien Law compliance on the construction of the original Coastland Mall and the Naples Grand Hotel, also handled closings on site acquisitions of The Southland Corporation (7-11 stores), and the legal documentation of creation of numerous condominiums, and refinancing of the Ritz Carlton.

Christina Davidow -  Attorney At Willis & Davidow, Naples Christina Davidow devotes her practice primarily to estate planning, probate, business formation, and immigration matters. In addition, her practice includes real estate law and some litigation. She serves individuals, business owners, and families alike.

Christina is a LEED Accredited Professional dedicated to the development of green industry, building, and sustainable growth. She acted as the Chair of the Smart Growth and Green Building Committee with the ABA's Section of Environment Energy and Resources. She is currently a member of the Collier County Bar Association.

Ms. Davidow is active in several different volunteer sectors, including legal organizations, civic groups, and religious activities. Christina regularly offers her legal services to the Hispanic community in pro-bono clinics, she is a mentor to high school students, and is an active member of St. Ann�s Catholic Church in Downtown Naples where she is substitute religious education teacher.

Prior to moving to Naples, Christina practiced environmental law in Nashville, Tennessee. While in law school at Emory University Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, Christina was a summer associate for the Miami office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP, and a legal intern for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Staff Attorneys� Office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Joseph Davidow -  Attorney At Willis & Davidow, Naples Joseph Davidow is licensed to practice law both in Florida State and Federal Courts. After working as a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, Mr. Davidow started his own civil litigation and criminal defense law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. After successfully operating his private practice in Tennessee, he returned to Florida in 2010 to offer his legal services to people of this great State.

Throughout the course of Mr. Davidow's life he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Mr. Davidow has lived in Long Branch, New Jersey; Blacksburg, Virginia; Miami, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Seville, Spain; and Tokyo, Japan. He is fluent in Spanish, and he also reads and speaks some Japanese.

Mr. Davidow has played many different roles in the legal profession. He has prosecuted cases for the State of Florida, he has worked in law firms providing criminal defense, and he has also worked as a legal advisor for an international corporation. Mr. Davidow has provided legal service on the administrative, State and Federal levels in both Florida and Tennessee.

Micheal Price -  Attorney At Willis & Davidow, Naples Michael A. Price is an Associate Attorney with Willis & Davidow. His practice consists primarily of handling a broad range of civil litigation cases.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Price worked as an Attorney with a general practice in Fort Myers for one year. Thereafter, he moved to Jacksonville where he opened his own criminal defense and immigration practice.

In 2013, Mr. Price relocated back to Naples to be closer to his wife, who is also an attorney in Collier County.

Mr. Price is licensed to practice in Florida State and Federal Courts.
