Matt Kelley is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on a broad array of civil, criminal, probate, and real estate matters. A licensed attorney in both Illinois and Florida, Matt practiced law for 4 years in Chicago prior to relocating to Naples and joining Willis & Davidow.
Matt was raised in Long Beach, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois, and has traveled extensively, living in Alicante, Spain; London, England; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Matt has significant experience as a foreign legal intern at the Islington Law Centre in London, England, and Estudio Beccar Varela in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
During Law School, Matt gained valuable experience as a clerk for the Honorable Paul P. Biebel, Jr., Presiding Judge of Cook County Criminal Courts in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, Matt served as a Rule 13 certified intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri, where he prosecuted cases on behalf of the Federal Government.
After Law School, Matt worked at notable law firms in Chicago, Illinois, focusing largely on complex litigation and State and Federal criminal defense.
Matt relocated to Naples with his wife, Leigh Ann, and daughter, Marilyn, and joined Willis & Davidow in 2016. In his free time, Matt enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and cheering on Chicago sports teams.
